Challenge
Peoples Bank is a regional community bank with headquarters based in Ohio—one of the largest community banks in the US. Faced with user experience issues and a cluttered layout, they needed a site that was easier to navigate while reflecting their big-bank expertise and friendly, community-driven approach.
My Role
The Discovery Session uncovered common pain points in the banking experiences of their primary audience, bank customers and business owners. These insights were used to reorganize the complex site navigation and craft a streamlined, user-friendly design. Starting with low-fidelity wireframes to decide on site architecture and flow, I then created high-fidelity designs that aligned with the bank’s goals.
Results
The revamped design transformed Peoples Bank’s website from complex and overwhelming to navigate to clean, modern and inviting. Users now enjoy effortless navigation to explore products and services, while the bank’s community-focused, personal touch shines through every page.
